NorthStar Towing was founded by Luke Giuffrida after he saw a need in the local community for a towing company people could actually depend on — one that combines professional service with the personal care and accountability of a small, local business.

We quote you up front when we confirm the job, and the price we quote is the price you pay. Keep your itemized receipt: many insurance policies and roadside plans reimburse tows you pay for out of pocket.

Your location (address, cross street, exit number, or a GPS pin), the vehicle's year, make, model and color, what happened, whether it rolls and steers, where you'd like it taken, and a callback number. Mention AWD, low clearance or a missing wheel — it changes which truck we send.
Usually, yes — with your authorization. We'll arrange key handoff or confirm the vehicle is accessible, verify ownership, and confirm the destination and payment by phone before the tow.
